    Chaulmoogra grows in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines, and has been traditionally used for generations.

    By inhibiting the production of sebum, and because of the antimicrobial and antiflammatory properties of these extracts, this formulation combats enlarged pores, pimple, pustules and an over-oily T zone.

    The name Manuka is the name for the shrub used by New Zealand’s indigenous people, the Maori.

    Sold in Moroccan markets since before Phoenician times, Argan oil is harvested from the kernels of the Morrocan Argan tree, and recognised for nutritive, cosmetic and medicinal properties.

    Argan oil is exceptionally rich in natural tocopherols (Vitamin E), rich in phenols and phenolic acid as well essential fatty acids.

    A relic of the Tertiary age 1.6 million years ago, the ancient Argan tree is well adapted to the dry and challenging environment of Morocco, but is endangered and now protected by UNESCO. Now that the anti-aging properties of Argan oil are recognised globally, there is an economic incentive for the local people to protect the trees and their valuable crops.
